Most of us are over 40. Some are single. Some drag their partner along. Some are half of a couple who said, “Bye, I’m going anyway.” And some are couples who actually enjoy each others company—showoffs.
We have all said it: Nobody wants to go, I don't have the money, I don't have the time. Maybe next year. I don't know anyone.
Then somebody finally says
“F*ck it. Let’s go"
They've ugly-cried at sunrises, laughed until their stomachs hurt, and said yes to things that scared the hell out of them.
Most of them arrived not knowing anyone. That part didn’t last long.
Apparently, “Fine, I’ll plan the damn thing” is a legitimate business model.
